Energetic Healing for Beginners
Have you ever been hugged by somebody and felt so much love from that hug that it uplifts you and heals you in some way? Energetic healing is present in our daily lives without us being consciously aware of it.

Reiki is a Japanese hands on healing technique in which the therapist channels energy into the client to restore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Reiki is safe, beneficial, and transformative for people of all ages and conditions. It is also powerful in healing pets and situations.
Level I will take you through the basics of Reiki healing and how to perform self treatment and treatment of others.
